Returns & Refunds Policy
The Policy
Fresh Juice Co. produces perishable goods and it is imperative that you notify us immediately of damaged or dissatisfactory products.
Our returns policy is in action seven (7) days from date of purchase. If (seven) 7 days have passed since your purchase, we, unfortunately, can’t accept returns or offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
The Process
Notify us immediately. Please email us on info@freshjuiceco.co.za with the reason for your return and order number.
We will arrange collection of the goods with our designated courier and facilitate the purchase of dry ice which should be included in the package to ensure the cold chain during transit. The date and time will be confirmed.
You will be liable for the shipping costs to return the goods. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Fresh Juice Co. reserves the right to reject returns and refunds.
